So as hopefully you all know, Keelin and I had two bovine, a cow, and her bull calf. And I say HAD, because we have sent them away to be sold. I will miss them, and all the fun we have had, but they are too expencive to take care of. Bovine eat WAY more than horses do, EXPACIALLY Bulls. :/ So we did what we had to. I did have loads of fun with them! :)
We had to load both Mariblle AND and bull calf, Bueford, into a horse trailer. And THAT was difficult and MUCH fun! I had to chase down the bull, and bring him to the triler, where we all pulled and PUSHED him into the trailer. It was VERY VERY hard! We had to do the same with his mother, Mariblle, but she was a little better. The WHOLE process involed 9 people. and took about, well at LEAST 2 hours. It was hectic, and GREAT all at the same time!!! :D I love doing this kinda stuff! ;D as Mom said;
"Nothing beats watching Katalina being dragged through the dirt, on her butt, by a bull calf! Apparently this has been a dream of hers. She was born to be a cowgirl. If only we had a video."
YEP, that just about summs it up. Sadly we did not have a camera with us when we were loading them in, but I have pictures of OTHER fun times I've had with them! ;)
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-7
